Requirements

• Fluent French & English
• Customer Service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• EU Work Permission required

Working Conditions

• Porto, Portugal (On-site)
• Rotational shifts between 07:00 - 18:00

Your Role

• Assist customers before, during, and after car rentals
• Handle reservations, inquiries, invoices, and rental-related requests
• Support customers via phone, email, and messaging
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in French and English
