What you will do;
The Back-Office Specialist resolves escalated online order issues, ensuring quick problem resolution from order induction to delivery. They liaise with partners to handle complex problems, provide updates via phone and email, and maintain detailed SAP records with strict adherence to protocols.

Requirements;
- Turkish Native with Minimum B2 in English
- EU Passport or residency permit in Portugal
- Have some knowledge of SAP is preferable
- Laptop or desktop at your place
- Minimum High school diploma
- Available for Shift rotation working schedule
