what you will do;

• Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support via various channels (phone/email/chat/social).
• Adapt brand voice for private and public interactions (phone/email/chat/messaging/social, forums, e-commerce reviews).
• Handle customer escalations and escalate issues to higher support tiers.
• Respond to inbound customer requests and document case information accurately.

Requirements;

• 1 year of experience in Customer Service
• English B1 or B2 written and Spoken
• technical awareness
