About the job Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish to
join our team in Athens. This is a hybrid position with the option to work both on-site and remotely,
with relocation support provided for candidates from outside Greece. If you thrive in a fast-paced

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and
problem-solving skills.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Good level of English for internal communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site or remotely in Athens.
- Relocation support is available for candidates outside of Greece.
- Problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.
