Norwegian-Speaking Customer Expert – Athens, Greece (Remote)

Do you speak Norwegian and enjoy helping people? Join an international customer experience team in Greece and support Norwegian customers of leading brands in streaming, e-commerce, fintech and home appliances.

Choose your base: lively Athens, historic Thessaloniki or Chania on Crete, with beaches and Mediterranean sun all year. Remote options are available in selected teams.

What you'll do

• Help Norwegian-speaking customers by phone, chat and email
• Answer questions about accounts, subscriptions, orders, deliveries and payments
• Troubleshoot simple technical issues with products and online services
• Pass complex cases to specialist teams and follow up until they are solved

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 Norwegian, B2 English
• Friendly, patient and good at solving problems
• Comfortable using a computer and several tools at once
• No customer service experience needed for most positions
