• Day shifts only, between 09:00 and 18:00
• Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend shifts in some teams

What you'll do

• Review posts, comments, videos and ads against community standards
• Investigate user reports of abuse, harassment or policy violations
• Support users by chat, email and outbound calls with account and payment questions
• Escalate new types of cases and help improve policies
• Contribute to data work that helps train AI and machine-learning tools

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 Brazilian Portuguese
• English at B2–C1 level
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, tech support, BPO or content moderation
• Strong judgement, critical thinking and written communication
• Good understanding of Brazilian culture, society and current affairs
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
• Resilience and the ability to handle sensitive content professionally
• Based in Athens (relocation is not included for on-site roles)
