The role
You'll support customers in German by phone, email and live chat, solve their questions, document every interaction in the CRM, work closely with internal teams and spot opportunities to offer customers extra products and services.

What we're looking for
German at C1–C2 level, spoken and written
English at B2 level or higher
Customer service experience by phone, email or chat
CRM experience and good computer skills (MS Office)
Patient, empathetic and solution-oriented
Comfortable with cross-selling and upselling
Able to commute to the office in District 4, Bucharest, 3 days a week
EU citizenship or a valid work and residence permit
