YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Provide customer support through inbound and outbound calls and online channels
Assist customers with reservations, travel-related services, and general requests
Handle routine customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
Respond professionally to customer questions and requests
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Follow established procedures and quality standards

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
Working hours: Between 08:00 and 03:00
Late shift: 18:00–03:00 worked remotely
Days off: 2 rotational days off per week
Relocation support: Not provided

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Native-level Portuguese — European or Brazilian variant
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Flexibility to work rotational schedules
• Previous Customer Service experience is preferred
• Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage — e.g. travel agencies, airlines, hotels
