Customer Support Agent – Dutch and English
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Working hours: 08:00- 18:00.
Work Model: On-site initially, transitioning to hybrid after 3 months
I am looking for a Dutch and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide efficient, customer-focused support in both languages.
Requirements: Fluency in Dutch and English.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
Must currently be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation support is not provided)
Eligible candidates must have EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence card.
Offer:€1,400 gross monthly salary.€100 performance bonus. Additional €150 language bonus..
