Do you speak Danish and want to work from home in sunny Greece? Join a team supporting Danish customers of world-renowned brands, fully remote in selected teams, with extra help for your housing during the first year.

Moving to Greece? Relocation support is included for remote positions.

What you'll do

• Help Danish-speaking customers by phone, chat and email
• Answer questions about orders, deliveries, returns, bookings and payments
• Troubleshoot products, devices, apps and connected services
• Process refunds and claims, and follow every case through

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 Danish
• English at B2 level or higher
• A quiet workspace and a stable internet connection
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Friendly, patient and solution-oriented
• Based in Greece or ready to move there
