What we offer

• Quarterly sales bonus of up to €900, based on your results
• Monthly productivity bonus of up to €250
• Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend shifts in some teams

What you'll do

• Talk to German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat
• Identify needs and offer the right products, upgrades and renewals
• Retain customers by finding solutions that keep them happy
• Handle account, billing and order questions
• Track your results through clear KPIs

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 German
• English at B2 level or higher
• Confident, persuasive and customer-focused
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, not a must
• Good computer skills
• Based in Greece or open to relocating
