Cross Border Talents is looking for a Digital Trust & Safety Analyst to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What will you do?

• Review online content and assess whether it complies with platform policies and safety guidelines.
• Identify potentially harmful, inappropriate or policy-violating content.
• Apply established rules and procedures consistently.
• Investigate reported content and make decisions based on available information.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and high quality standards.
• Help create a safer and more positive online experience for users.

What are we looking for?

• Fluent German — mandatory
• Good command of English
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good written communication and comprehension skills.
• Ability to follow guidelines and make objective decisions.
• Emotional resilience and a responsible approach to sensitive content.
• Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, customer support or a similar role is an advantage.
