Cross Border Talents is looking for a Technical Customer Service Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal.

What will you do?

• Provide technical support to customers in German and English
• Help customers with technical questions and issues
• Find effective solutions and provide clear guidance
• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly way
• Work as part of an international team
• Adapt quickly to new tools, systems and processes

What are we looking for?

Fluent German — mandatory
Good English
Strong communication skills
Interest in technology and troubleshooting
Passion for helping others
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment

Relocation support is provided, including access to company accommodation in a shared apartment with other employees.

Lisbon, Portugal — on-site

Rotational schedule:
Monday–Friday: 08:00–20:00
Saturday–Sunday: 08:00–17:00
2 rotational days off
