About the Position

Join Bouygues Telecom as a Customer Support professional in Porto, Portugal. This on-site role involves assisting French-speaking customers with various inquiries, providing essential support for their services.

Additional Information

• Meal allowance of 9€ per day.
• Performance bonus: 100€ for the first three months, then up to performance.
• Private Medical Insurance provided after 4 months of employment.
• Transportation reimbursement up to 40€.
• The recruitment process includes tests and a Hiring Manager interview.

Requirements

• Native-level or C2 proficiency in French.
• Reside within 30km of Porto, Portugal.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across various channels with questions on subscription, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics.
• Receive incoming calls from Bouygues Telecom customers.
• Welcome and advise Bouygues Telecom customers.
• Offer personalized solutions on every call.
• Embrace and share the Bouygues Telecom culture with colleagues daily.
