What you'll do

• Help Dutch-speaking customers by phone, chat and email
• Handle orders, deliveries, exchanges, invoices and complaints
• Troubleshoot products, devices and digital services
• Process refunds and claims, and arrange repairs when needed
• Follow every case through until it's fully resolved

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 Dutch
• English at B2 level or higher
• Good computer skills and typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Calm, friendly and solution-oriented
• No customer service experience needed for most positions
• Based in Greece or open to relocating
