About the position
Join the Trust and Safety team of a leading international customer experience company in Sofia. You will review content and advertisements posted on an online platform in Arabic and English, making sure they follow the platform's policies and helping keep the online community safe.

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content and ads in Arabic and English
• Decide whether content complies with platform policies, and take the appropriate action
• Identify and flag harmful, misleading or prohibited content
• Keep accurate records of decisions and report trends or new risks
• Meet quality and accuracy standards

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic and English
• Strong attention to detail and good judgement
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends
• Emotional resilience: this role may involve exposure to sensitive content, including violence
• EU work authorization preferred
• No previous experience required: full training provided
