We are looking for a German-Speaking Sales Development Representative to join an international B2B sales project based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

This is a remote sales role focused on business development, lead generation, and qualification within the tech and digital advertising space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply effective business development strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Execute lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential business customers.
  • Qualify prospective clients and identify relevant sales opportunities.
  • Build professional relationships with potential customers.
  • Support the development of the sales pipeline.
  • Work toward individual and project sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Good level of English.
  • Minimum 2 years of cold-calling sales experience.
  • Previous experience in tech, digital advertising, or a similar B2B environment is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
  • EU citizenship or a valid Bulgarian work permit is required.

Work Model

  • Remote position based in Bulgaria.
  • Sofia, Bulgaria.

Compensation & Benefits

  • €2,198 gross per month.
  • Quarterly performance bonus available.
  • Relocation support provided for eligible candidates.
  • Temporary accommodation support as part of the relocation package.
  • Travel reimbursement may be available according to company conditions.
  • Salary advance option available.
