Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent – Live and Work in Greece

About the role

• Provide customer support in Dutch and English.
• Help customers with their enquiries and deliver clear, helpful responses.
• Work with your team to provide a positive customer experience.

What we are looking for

• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to work in Athens and meet the conditions for remote work.
• EU citizenship or a valid residence card granting full access to the Greek labour market.

Working conditions

• Location: Athens, Greece.
• Salary: €1,500 gross per month.
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with shifts between 08:00 and 00:00.
• Work model: Remote within Greece, subject to location and home working requirements.

Relocation support

• Three weeks of hotel accommodation close to the office.
• Financial support paid with your first payment.
