Join our client's team in Lisbon as a Content Moderator and help maintain the quality, safety, and compliance standards of a leading e-commerce platform.

About the Role

You will review online content, make informed decisions based on established policies, and ensure uploaded content meets quality, legal, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish & English
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of the Polish/local market
• Ability to ensure policy, legal, and content safety compliance
• Flexible and adaptable to policy changes and shifting schedules
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review content according to quality and safety standards
• Make rational decisions using local market knowledge
• Ensure policy and legal compliance
• Review content within required service levels
• Stay up to date with e-commerce products and standards
• Escalate issues according to established procedures
• Help maintain a safe and high-quality platform experience
