Czech, English-speaking Content Moderation

Join our team in Lisbon, Portugal, as a Content Moderator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring content safety and compliance. This position involves moderating content in Czech and English, contributing to a secure online environment.

Responsabilities:

• Moderate content to ensure safety and compliance
• Apply rational decision-making in content evaluation
• Manage content queues, including during peak volumes and promotion seasons
• Provide excellent customer service in interactions related to content moderation
• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills in daily tasks

WORK MODEL: On-site

SCHEDULE: Rotational shifts, 24/7 coverage (Monday to Sunday), with 2 rotative days off. Shifts include 07:00 – 16:00, 14:00 – 23:00, and 22:30 – 07:30.
