What you'll do

• Help Danish-speaking customers by phone, chat and email
• Answer questions about orders, deliveries, returns, bookings and payments
• Troubleshoot products, devices, apps and connected services
• Manage cases such as roadside assistance requests
• Process refunds and claims, and follow every case through

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 Danish
• English at B2 level or higher
• Good computer skills and typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Friendly, patient and solution-oriented
• No customer service experience needed for most positions
• Based in Greece or open to relocating
