I am looking for a German and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide inbound customer support. Responsibilities include assisting customers with service-related inquiries, guiding them through app setup and access procedures, presenting relevant products and services, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Fluent or native-level German and good English proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.

work mode:

• Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 21:00, with two rotating days off.
• Hybrid work model in Porto, Portugal.
