French-Speaking Customer Service Representative

I am seeking a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative 

Provide customer support via phone, assisting clients with existing credit agreements and new financing inquiries. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, recommending suitable financing solutions, building strong customer relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and managing client files accurately and in compliance with established procedures.

Requirements:

• Native-level or fluent French proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable financing options.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and adherence to procedures.

Work Details:

• Location: Braga, Portugal
• Start date: 19/11/2026
• Work model: Hybrid
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
• Days off: Saturday and Sunday
• Contract: 6 months
• Relocation support: Not provided
• Welcome bonus: € 2,000  paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment. 
• Performance bonus: Complexity Bonus 140.00 €
