Join our client in Portugal as a Customer Care & Recall Agent in Lisbon. This on-site role involves providing essential customer support and managing recall cases, utilizing your Dutch and English language skills.

Additional Information

• A performance bonus of 100.00€ is offered.
• A language bonus of 150.00€ is provided.
• This role features fixed shifts.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Dutch proficiency.
• Proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support, recall support, or case management.
• Must be a local candidate in Lisbon, Portugal.
