About the Position

Join an international customer service team in Porto as a Customer Service professional, providing high-quality support to customers in French and English.

You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and contributing to a positive customer experience in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in French and English.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and professionally across customer interactions.
• Provide appropriate solutions while maintaining high service standards.
• Adapt to changing customer needs and a dynamic working environment.
• Work effectively as part of an international team.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
• Weekends off.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the travel industry.
• High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent).
• Fluent or native-level French.
• Business-level English (C1), with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
