We are hiring Ops Customer Experts to join an international banking & finance project in Lisbon.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Banking, Financial Services or Insurance
• Advanced/Fluent English
• Comfortable working 24/7 rotating shifts
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon

What you'll do

• Handle banking and financial customer inquiries
• Manage fraud cases, payment disputes and chargebacks
• Support customers via phone, chat and email
