Job Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Trust & Safety Specialist, responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to maintain a safe, compliant, and positive online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Arabic and English.
• Identify and address content that violates safety and platform guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency when making content moderation decisions.

Requirements:

• Fluent or native-level Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Eligibility to work in the EU.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia and flexible shifts.

Additional Benefits:

• €1,500 gross welcome bonus, paid in two installments.
