About the Role

We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers of a leading luxury automotive brand.

You will assist customers with roadside emergencies, connected mobility services and general vehicle-related enquiries via phone and email.

This is a remote position within Greece. Candidates should be available to visit the Athens office occasionally for operational or technical needs.

Please note that this opportunity is within the BPO/customer experience industry.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide breakdown and roadside assistance.
  • Collect customer, vehicle and GPS information.
  • Support customers using connected mobility applications.
  • Assist with login, account and digital service issues.
  • Explain available service packages and digital features.
  • Support online purchases and appointment bookings.
  • Answer questions about warranties and maintenance.
  • Assist with dealership, workshop and documentation enquiries.
  • Perform basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Manage approximately 30-50 customer contacts per day.

Requirements

  • Italian at C1 or native level.
  • Minimum B2 level of English.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Good computer knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of Android and iOS devices.
  • Ability to guide customers through mobile hotspot setup.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
  • A valid driving licence is an advantage.
  • Availability for rotational shifts and occasional weekend work.
  • Eligibility to work legally in Greece.

What We Offer

  • Minimum salary of €1,045.72 gross per month.
  • Performance bonus of up to €250.
  • Salary increase to €1,100 gross after 12 months and €1,150 after three years.
