About the Role
We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to support customers using diabetes-related medical devices.
You will provide customer and technical support across multiple channels while ensuring a professional and empathetic experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for diabetes-related medical devices and accessories.
- Troubleshoot product and device issues.
- Process orders and renewals.
- Support customers via phone, email, chat and SMS.
- Document customer interactions accurately in English.
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Handle sensitive cases with patience and empathy.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
- C1 level of English.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to support multiple markets.
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
- Healthcare, diabetes-device or technical support experience is an advantage.
- EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit with full working rights.
Working Schedule
- Full-time, on-site position in Porto.
- Rotational shifts operating 24/7, Monday to Sunday.
- Two rotational days off per week.
- Occasional night shifts from 22:00 to 07:00 may be required.
