About the Role

Join our international team in Sofia and help customers with orders, deliveries, shipments, and logistics questions. You'll provide professional support, track deliveries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams when needed.

Your Responsibilities

* Support customers in German & English

* Assist with orders, deliveries, and shipments

* Track deliveries and resolve delays or issues

* Provide clear information and practical solutions

* Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners

Requirements

* Fluent German

* Good to fluent English

* Strong communication and customer-service skills

* Good computer skills

* Organized and comfortable multitasking

* Customer service or logistics experience is a plus
