We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional customer service via inbound phone, chat, and email.

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote / Work from Home
Languages: Italian + English (B2 level)

Key responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions and requests.
• Help customers find products and make purchasing decisions.
• Provide after-sales support, including resolving delivery issues.
• Process returns, cancellations, and other customer requests.
• Deliver professional and friendly support.

Requirements:

• Italian language proficiency.
• English level B2.
• Relatively advanced PC/computer skills.
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
