Customer Service Representative (ENG)

Cross Border Talents is looking for Customer Support Specialists to join an international project in Lisbon.

If you speak English confidently, enjoy communicating with people and would love to work in an international environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What will you do?

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat and email
• Answer questions and provide helpful solutions
• Support customers throughout their experience
• Deliver friendly and professional service

What do you need?

Excellent English - C1 level or higher
Valid work permit in Portugal - mandatory

That's it! No long list of complicated requirements. We are looking for people who can communicate confidently, learn quickly and enjoy working with customers.
