Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent – Remote (Athens, Greece)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support professional to join an international customer service team based in Athens. You will help customers in Dutch and English, answering their questions and solving issues in a friendly and professional way.

After the training period, the role is fully remote.

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday, shifts between 08:00 and 00:00
• 5 working days per week, according to a rotating schedule

What we are looking for

• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Customer-oriented attitude and clear communication
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work from home
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
