Position: Senior O2C Specialist

Job Description:

I am seeking an experienced Senior O2C Specialist to oversee Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accurate financial processing, compliance, and efficient cash collection. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday), advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage stakeholders in a global business environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

5–7 years of O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Fluent English (C1) and strong communication skills.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00

Salary: €1,500 × 14 months + €7.63 meal allowance per working day

Contract: Permanent after a 3-month trial period

Relocation from outside of Portugal is provided

Flight tickets are not included in the relocation package.

Relocation support within Portugal is available for candidates fluent in German, Nordic languages, or Dutch.

Required: Valid Portuguese work permit OR EU Passport
