About the position

Join our client as a Technical Customer Service professional in Lisbon, Portugal. In this on-site role, you will provide support to customers, utilizing your Dutch and English language skills.

Additional information

• Performance Bonus: 135€ per 12 months
• Complexity Bonus: Food Allowance of 7.63€ per working day
• Attendance Bonus: 120€ per 11 months
• Access to accommodation in a shared apartment with other Concentrix employees for a maximum period of 12 months. Utilities are included, with an accommodation cost of €280
• deducted directly from the employee's monthly payslip.Working Hours & Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with 2 rotational days off.
