I am looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers of well-known fashion brands. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, resolving issues, providing product and service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also document customer interactions, meet service-level targets, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Requirements: Fluent or bilingual proficiency in Finnish.

Advanced English or Spanish.

Excellent communication, active listening, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage inquiries from initial contact through resolution.

Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Ability to follow established procedures and meet service-level agreements.

.Full-time, 39 hours per week.
