What you'll do

• Answer calls and emails from French-speaking customers
• Solve technical issues with internet, TV and mobile services
• Help with invoices, payments, orders and roaming
• Offer the right products, upgrades and renewals
• In payment teams: help cardholders with lost cards, declined payments and card benefits

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 French
• English at B2 level (B1 for some teams)
• Comfortable with computers, smartphones and telecom services
• Customer service, tech support or sales experience is a plus
• Based in Greece or open to relocating
