Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist fluent in Portuguese and English to join our dynamic team in Athens. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 09:00-23:00 (Shift rotation applies)
Compensation:
- Monthly gross salary: 1,100 EUR
- Monthly Performance Bonus: 110 EUR

Requirements:
- Native proficiency in Portuguese and fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
- EU citizenship, Full-purpose or Specific-purpose work permit card, or Certificate of Protection (refugees)
