Your Role:

• Customer Support: Provide outstanding support to our customers, ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
• Problem Solving: Assist customers with troubleshooting and answering product inquiries.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our kitchen appliances and services to provide accurate information.
• Multilingual Support: Assist German-speaking customers while communicating in English for internal operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Languages: Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written) is required.
• Experience: Previous customer support or call center experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Customer Focus: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and helping customers.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using technology to assist customers efficiently.
• Positive Attitude: Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Relocation Package (For Candidates Relocating to Athens):

• Flight: Flight to Athens will be provided.
• Airport Pickup: Taxi service arranged for pick-up from the airport.
• Accommodation: Airbnb for 4 weeks to help you settle in.
• Hiring Assistance: Support to complete any required paperwork and documentation for your employment.

• Greek Citizens or Greek Family Members (subject to legal verification by the client).
