Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking merchants via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role preferred.
  • Comfortable using technology (smartphones, tablets, computers).
  • Fluent in German with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Organized and able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Training Conditions:

  • Duration: 30 calendar days
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00
  • Training Salary: Approximately 660 EUR net (conditional on attendance and performance)

After Signing the Work Contract:

  • Salary Conditions for the German Market:
    • Base Salary (Gross): 1271 EUR/month x 14
    • Language Adder (Gross): 100EUR/month x 12
    • Skill Adder (Gross): 100EUR/month x 12
    • Attendance Bonus (Gross): 100 EUR/month x 12
    • Totaling in: 21 394 EUR/year
    • Performance Bonus (Gross): Up to 120EUR/month x 12
    • Meal Allowance: 6 EUR per working day (paid in meal card)
    • Health Insurance coverage provided

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 (with potential for late shifts extended until 21:00 as per client agreement)

Relocation:

  • Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280 EUR with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
  • Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract - up to 400 EUR in Economy class
