Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Customer Account Manager fluent in German to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling the products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of Adobe solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on Adobe products, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary & Benefits: 

Earn a progressive salary based on experience:

  • 1 year in b2b sales - 1760 euros monthly
    plus 2 extra salaries on Christmas and Easter
  • Plus a performance bonus (up to 20%),
  • Comprehensive health insurance, and 25 days of annual leave.
  • Contract: Permanent contract
  • Other Allowances: 50 euros meal voucher ticket per month
  • Fully-paid training - 3 weeks
  • Hybrid in Athens

Relocation package:
