Your Responsibilities

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will:

  • Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat to customers using insulin pumps and accessories.
  • Assist with connecting devices to smartphone apps and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Handle inquiries with empathy and a customer-first approach, especially during sensitive situations.
  • Support customers in managing and using insulin pumps effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records in the SAP CRM system and ensure follow-up where needed.
  • Work closely with local 2nd Level Support and internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Manage complaints, returns, and customer satisfaction initiatives according to company policies.
  • Proactively contact customers to gather feedback and improve their experience.

What Were Looking For

Youll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Native-level Dutch proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Stress-resistance skills to handle medical emergencies calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., SAP) and office tools like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, with a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented style.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset, ready to adapt to challenges.

Compensation & Benefits for International Candidates

Salary Package:

  • 1,150 EUR/month, inclusive of:
    • Base salary.
    • Room allowance for shared accommodation.
    • Christmas and Holiday bonuses.
    • Food allowance.

Training Program:

  • 92.80 EUR/week for 20 working days (total: 854.40 EUR).
  • Comprehensive training delivered in English.
