Your Responsibilities
As an Operations Customer Expert, you will:
- Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat to customers using insulin pumps and accessories.
- Assist with connecting devices to smartphone apps and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Handle inquiries with empathy and a customer-first approach, especially during sensitive situations.
- Support customers in managing and using insulin pumps effectively.
- Maintain detailed records in the SAP CRM system and ensure follow-up where needed.
- Work closely with local 2nd Level Support and internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Manage complaints, returns, and customer satisfaction initiatives according to company policies.
- Proactively contact customers to gather feedback and improve their experience.
What Were Looking For
Youll thrive in this role if you have:
- Native-level Dutch proficiency (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment (preferred but not mandatory).
- Stress-resistance skills to handle medical emergencies calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., SAP) and office tools like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, with a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented style.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset, ready to adapt to challenges.
Compensation & Benefits for International Candidates
Salary Package:
- 1,150 EUR/month, inclusive of:
- Base salary.
- Room allowance for shared accommodation.
- Christmas and Holiday bonuses.
- Food allowance.
Training Program:
- 92.80 EUR/week for 20 working days (total: 854.40 EUR).
- Comprehensive training delivered in English.
