Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical inquiries and provide solutions to Italian-speaking customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex cases.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience in alignment with company standards.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Italian (C2) and English (B2).
- Work Authorization:
- EU citizenship, or
- Full-purpose/specific-purpose work permit card, or
- Certificate of Protection (for refugees).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
