Your Role and Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Growth:

• Proactively connect with new and existing customers through phone and email to identify sales opportunities.
• Onboard and support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow through optimized advertising solutions.

Sales Consultation:

• Analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations to meet their business objectives.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth transitions for qualified clients.

Performance Analysis:

• Evaluate advertising campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Communicate customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services.

Technology Utilization:

• Use tools like MS Excel and Salesforce to manage and develop client relationships effectively.

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Outstanding communication and consultative selling skills.
• Proactive and adaptable with strong teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Excel and Salesforce is a plus.
