What You'll Do

  • Provide top-tier support to Croatian and English-speaking customers via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Assist customers with all aspects of their car rental experience, ensuring smooth and seamless service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a positive, customer-first attitude.
  • Leverage your technical skills to navigate systems and deliver solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Language Proficiency:

    • Native or fluent Croatian speaker (C2 level)
    • Strong English communication skills (B2 level minimum)
  • Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or higher education preferred.
    • Prior experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality or car rental experience is a plus).
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Tech-savvy with a knack for learning new systems.
    • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Working Hours & Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Location & Start Date

  • Onsite in Athens (this position is for locals only)
  • Start Date: 28th of March
