Schedule: Full-time, extended hours (until midnight), Monday through Sunday
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Specialist fluent in Azerbaijani and English to join our on-site team in Sofia. This role requires a strong communicator who can manage inquiries effectively, provide exceptional support, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the role, extended working hours are required.
Compensation:
- Gross Monthly Salary: 3200 BGN
- Night Hours: Additional payment applies per company policy if night hours are worked.
