Step into the world of customer service excellence as a Lisbon-based Social Media Customer Expert. This role focuses on providing tailored B2B technical support to help clients sustain and grow their businesses. As part of your responsibilities, you'll handle client interactions through email and chat, converting complex cases into outbound calls to deliver white-glove support. Join us in enhancing advertisers' experiences by resolving technical issues, troubleshooting bugs, guiding platform use, and driving customer satisfaction in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
What You'll Do:
- Respond: Address challenging client inquiries via email and chat.
- Engage: Convert interactions into outbound calls to provide proactive, personalized support.
- Solve: Resolve technical issues, report bugs, and provide guidance on self-service advertising tools.
- Collaborate: Work closely with a diverse, multilingual team supporting SMBs across various channels.
- Multitask: Utilize multiple tools and manage concurrent tasks effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Training Program: 92.80 EUR per week during a 15-day training period (8 hours/day in English).
- Salary: 1040,68 EUR gross/month, including base salary, room allowance, holiday allowance, Christmas allowance, and meal allowance.

Qualifications to be met:
- Polish Native or C1 and perfect command of English
- Ability to solve problems proactively and efficiently.
- Customer-centric and a team player.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Office suite, email).
Relocation Support:
- Airport pickup and assistance with registration in Portugal.
- Initial flight expenses reimbursed.
- Yearly round-trip ticket to your home country (within the EU).
- Accommodation in fully furnished, company-provided apartments (expenses included).
- Complimentary Portuguese lessons, sports activities, cooking lessons, and more.
Accommodation Details:
- Fully furnished apartments equipped with kitchens, cable TV, and wireless internet.

- Convenient locations within 20-60 minutes of the workplace.
- Starter kit with bedsheets, pillows, and towels provided upon arrival.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, 5 working days per week.
- Shifts: Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM (rotational shifts).
- Days Off: Two days off per week, pre-scheduled by the shift manager.
Holidays:
- Portuguese public holidays apply.
- Compensation days for working on public holidays.
- Up to 22 vacation days per year based on contract terms and length of service.
- Start Dates: February 3, 2025, March 3, 2025.

- One-month trial period applies.
- Temporary contract with the potential for renewal and permanency.
