In this key role, you'll be instrumental in reviewing user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with platform guidelines, and fostering a safe experience for millions of users. Your Role:
As a Danish Content Moderator, you will:
- Content Review & Compliance: Carefully review user-generated content to ensure it aligns with the platform's community guidelines and policies.
- Monitor Platforms: Scan and identify inappropriate or harmful material across the platform, taking prompt and appropriate actions to safeguard users.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with moderation, safety, and product teams to improve content moderation strategies, enhancing user experience and platform safety.
- Data & Reporting: Identify trends, generate insights, and report any findings that may contribute to the refinement of the platform's content moderation practices.
What Were Looking For:
We're looking for someone who:
- Fluent in Danish: You must have C2 level proficiency in Danish and advanced English to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Social Media Enthusiast: You're passionate about social media, constantly staying up-to-date with trends and aware of online behavior.
- Proactive & Goal-Driven: You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and take initiative in ensuring a safe online environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail is second to none, enabling you to spot even the smallest violations or issues.
- Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or working in a contact center is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Educational Background: You have completed at least high school or equivalent studies (ESO or higher).
