Position Details:

  • Project: Global oil and gas supermajor
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 am - 6 pm
  • Contract Type: Fixed-term employment

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1,250 EUR per 14-month cycle
  • Performance Bonus: 10% monthly performance bonus
  • Meal Allowance: Meal voucher card at 3 EUR /day for the first year, increasing to 6 EUR after 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Advisor, you will:

  • Engage and support customers through calls, chat, and emails, ensuring accurate, prompt, and friendly service
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions that enhance satisfaction and build trust
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, processing accounts and filing documents efficiently
  • Meet service targets by adhering to procedures and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
