Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Health Advisor, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat regarding insulin pumps and related accessories.
  • Share in-depth knowledge of products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist users with connecting insulin pumps to smartphone applications and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Address customer inquiries with empathy, focusing on medically critical situations.
  • Guide customers in managing and optimizing their use of insulin pumps for a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using SAP CRM.
  • Work closely with 2nd Level Support and other teams to resolve escalated issues promptly.
  • Handle complaints, process returns, and uphold high customer satisfaction in line with company policies.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve their overall experience.

What Were Looking For

We're seeking candidates with a blend of technical expertise and a customer-first attitude. You are an ideal fit if you have:

  • Native-level proficiency in Italian (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Strong stress management skills to handle sensitive medical scenarios with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., SAP) and proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A friendly, empathetic communication style and a knack for building rapport.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a problem-solving approach.

Compensation & Benefits

Training Program

  • Compensation: 92.80 EUR/week for 20 working days, 8 hours/day.
  • Comprehensive training delivered in English.

Salary & Perks

  • Base salary: 1,050 EUR/month, inclusive of:
    • Room allowance for shared accommodation.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 22:00.
